PAYMENT & BILLING

Before the world can check you out on your fresh War*drobe board, let’s get you checked out online. Here’s the simple details on how to settle your tab.
Accepted Forms of Payment:

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We are currently unable to accept Bitcoins, Visa or MasterCard Prepaid Gift Cards

Timing of Billing:

Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped. If your order ships from different warehouses, you may see multiple charges on your credit card. These multiple charges will total the original value of your order.

Out of Stock Items:

First off, props to you on having excellent taste. If an item ordered becomes out of stock but is not listed as out of stock online, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You will not be charged for the item, and we’ll do our very best to let you know when the item will be available, or help you place your order for another style.

Do I Have to Pay Sales Tax?

Only residents in CA are required to pay sales tax. I do not know where your manufacturer maintains their warehouse, but please consult your legal counsel and your specific reseller license to fill in this term. Residents of the state where your orders are fulfilled may also be required to pay sales tax.

Return & Refund Policy

We’re bummed that things didn’t work out this time, but we hope to see you in the War*drobe galaxy again. If you are not fully satisfied with your new War*drobe purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURN POLICY

You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging, with all original tags, decals, and protective films attached.
All items, including items given as gifts, must be traceable to an original invoice and order number. To process your return, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number by filling out this handy form LINK to RA form

REFUNDS

If your order qualifies for a full refund, You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 60 days (two full billing cycles) to be visible on your credit card statement.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To get your board back to our warehouse as quickly and safely as possible, we recommend that you use the included prepaid UPS shipping label. If no label was included with your order, please contact our Customer Service center to have a label generated for you.

Package the return shipment securely. Use the original packaging when possible. Affix the included UPS return label to the outside of the package. Please remove or cover all old labels and barcodes.

You may also choose to return your item with a method of your choosing. We recommend you use a carrier that offers tracking information. Please include a copy of your return authorization confirmation in the box, and clearly write your original order number on the outside of the box. Address all returns to: PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

*Please note that if the included UPS shipping label is used, $XXXX will be deducted from your refund amount.

EXCHANGES

I did not receive any information on whether War*drobe is offering an exchange option. However, this is “benchmarked” per your request—please negate or complete this sections according to your agreement with the fulfillment center.

To request an exchange, please call xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. We’ll place a new order for your desired item and we’ll waive the standard shipping costs. You will be charged for this order when it ships and once we receive your return, your refund for the original item will be processed.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

Please note: it may take 1 business day before you’re able to track your packages on the shipper’s website.

Warranty

Hey, we all work hard so we can play even harder. And we’ve seen some of the tricks you guys pull off on your boards—every skateboard can rack up as many cuts and scrapes as their owners. While we consider these badges more than bruises, we do understand the difference between regular wear and tear and occasional defects in workmansip.

Each new product sold by War*drobe is covered by our manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe that your new War*drobe product is defective upon receipt, please contact our Customer Service Team to begin the Warranty Claim Process.

You and your manufacturer will need to provide the binding verbiage that constitutes your actual warranty. I cannot do this nor is it something that “benchmarking” will prove valuable as it’s not situated in our reality.

Warranty Claim Process Through WarDrobe

Step 1. Determine whether the damage should be covered by warranty. Here are a few things that are NOT covered by warranty:

Normal wear resulting from standard usage that occurs over time
Damage resulting from contact with objects
Damage to product resulting from improper care or unnecessary roughness.
Parts, hardware, accessories that were lost or have gone missing AFTER receiving your shipment.

Step 2. Fill out the Warranty Request Form.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to give us a call. We want to see you back out on your product almost as much as you want to use it, but please be patient as warranty issues can take a considerable amount of time to resolve.

Step 3. We will contact you with further instruction.

The next step has a timeline that varies per incident, so we will make sure you’re provided with all the details pertaining to you case.
